TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF UNI COSMETICS GIFT CARD
UNI Cosmetics Gift Card Types
- Physical Gift Card - Can only be used for online purchases on our website: uni-cosmetics.com. You can purchase the card at any of our stores or through uni-cosmetics.com (sale by third parties is considered illegal). During the process of purchasing your Gift Card at our stores, you will be required to complete a form with the user information.
- Virtual Gift Card – You will receive an email at the time of purchase (you can keep your Virtual Gift Card in your Apple Wallet, print it, gift it to anyone or simply keep it in your inbox). Before activating your Gift Card, you will be asked to complete a form with the users’ information. This Gift Card can only be used for online purchases on our website: uni-cosmetics.com.
How can I manage the balance?
Your Gift Card balance can be used to purchase products on our website uni-cosmetics.com.
- Your Gift Card balance cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.
- Gift Cards can never be returned or converted into cash.
- You can check your Gift Card balance in the email you receive from UNI Cosmetics when purchasing your Gift Card or you can check it on your Apple Wallet.
How can I use my Gift Card?
When processing the order on our website uni-cosmetics.com apply your Gift Card code on the provided box at the payment page by the end of your purchase. Enter the code you see on the back of your Physical Gift Card or enter the Gift Card code you received in your email.
If the amount of your order is higher than the amount available on your Gift Card, we will charge the additional fee to pay the balance of your order. It seems clear; but we wanted to make sure you knew. The Gift Card saves the balance and you can use it several times until the balance is 0.00€. You can also use more than one Gift Card when shopping at uni-cosmetics.com.
Can I return the products I buy with the Gift Card?
Yes! You can return the purchased products for any reason. Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of your receipt.
Returns will be refunded by restoring the amount used on your Gift Card. If you have paid with a Gift Card and an additional payment method (by credit card or cash), then the refund will be made according to the payment method.

UNI Cosmetics Gift Card Policy
- By using a Gift Card, purchasing, or accepting it as a gift, you accept the terms and conditions of uni-cosmetics.com (UNI Cosmetics).
- You are responsible for protecting your Gift Card from loss or unauthorized use. We are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or if your Gift Card balance is used without your permission. UNI Cosmetics is not liable to you for illegal conduct or fraud by any third party in connection with our Gift Cards. Keep it close; it is valuable and can be used by anyone who finds it.
- We reserve the right to cancel the Gift Card without notice and refund; suspend or close your account; suspend or stop you from using our services; cancel or restrict your orders; and bill alternative forms of payment, if we suspect that a Gift Card has been used illegally or in contravention of these terms and conditions.
