    • Transport by UNI Cosmetics - Delivery of the orders within Kosovo will reach the required destination within 24 working hours (1 to 3 days).
    • Mik Mik Post - Delivery of the orders within Kosovo will reach the required destination within 24 working hours (1 to 3 days).
    • Shipping Fee - For every order above the amount of 9.99€, shipping is free of charge everywhere in within the Republic of Kosovo, meanwhile for every order under the value of 9.99€ shipping fee is 2.49€.

a. Based on our experience, order shipments in 99% of cases arrive within the day the order was made.
b. The minimum order value for shipping products by DHL mail is €50.

  1. Neighboring countries (Albania, Northern Macedonia, Serbia and Montenegro):
    • DHL – Delivery of the orders within neighboring countries will reach the required destination within 24 working hours (1 to 3 days).
    • Kosovo Post – Delivery of the orders within neighboring countries will reach the required destination within 10 working days.
    • Mik Mik Post - Delivery of the orders within neighboring countries will reach the required destination within 7 working days.

a. Based on our experience, order shipments from Kosovo/Mik Mik Post, in 99% of cases arrive within 3-4 days.
b. The minimum order value for shipping products by DHL mail is €50.

  1. European countries:
    • DHL – Delivery of the orders within neighboring countries will reach the required destination within 24 working hours (1 to 3 days).
    • Kosovo Post – Delivery of the orders within neighboring countries will reach the required destination within 15 working days.

For the first time in the history of the cosmetics market in the Balkan region, we have started with the new service of – Worldwide Shipping, in order to be as close as possible to our customers.

High risk products for Shipping

Certain types of products, such as: perfumes, pressurized hair sprays and other products with alcoholic or chemical content, cannot be transported outside the Republic of Kosovo by DHL and Kosovo Post. This happens due to the rules of many well-known shipping companies for high-risk products.

Many perfumes contain almost 90% ethyl alcohol. Alcohol is a prohibited ingredient as it is highly flammable and can pose a cargo safety hazard. According to the UN 1266 classification for dangerous goods, perfumes with flammable solvents are considered dangerous. Therefore, international shipping companies like DHL Express prohibit the shipment of perfumes that contain alcohol.
