Warranty Conditions

The warranty service will be performed in the places designated for servicing by UNI Cosmetics. The warranty only applies to the repair of the purchased product. For the warranty to be valid, the buyer must adhere to these instructions:

  • The product must be sent for repair to a service authorized by UNI Cosmetics within the warranty period. The shipping costs to send the product to the authorized service are borne by the buyer.
  • The buyer is obliged to have the invoice or fiscal coupon and the warranty card when sending the product to the authorized repair service.
  • The product must not have been previously serviced by unauthorized persons. The authorized service is obliged to diagnose the product within 48 hours from the time of acceptance to the service and is obliged to eliminate the defect as soon as possible. In case the defect cannot be eliminated within the 40-day period, UNI Cosmetics undertakes to replace the same product.

If UNI Cosmetics does not have the same product in stock, is obliged to refund the money to the buyer. The warranty does not apply to physical damage to the product.
