Like most celebrities in 2020, Ayesha Curry has made a drastic hair change. And while it's totally different from any style we've seen the star wear before, she sure knows how to rock it.
On Oct. 18, Curry debuted a platinum blonde lob while in the car with husband Steph, captioning the photo, "Mom goes blonde (temporarily)." And the new color makes her look so different, some fans didn't even recognize her at first.
"Wait I was like who is this lady with Steph???!!!! Looks great!" one follower commented.
"GIRL I was like, WHO is this with Steph and where’s Ayesha?! I was mad for 0.4 seconds! You look great!" said another.
Regardless of the initial shock, fans and Curry's famous friends alike were all feeling the new look on the star. But it seems like no one loved the style more than her hubby, who left a sweet, yet hilarious, message in the comments.
"You beautiful baby," he wrote. "And don’t you let anybody tell you differently ok? I mean it. There’s just a bunch of meanies out there and I don’t like it. I don’t like it one bit. Do you boo boo. P.S. If the wig falls off I won’t tell anybody, I promise. Pinky promise. It be hilarious though, but won’t anybody know. Wait — that’s been you in this bed the whole time??? I ain’t even know. Now I’m tripping."
Seeing as the look is temporary, we're sure Curry will be going back to her natural dark brown locks sooner than later. But until then, we'll be waiting to see whether or not she's actually having more fun as a blonde — despite 2020 being, well, 2020.
